The Australasian Society for
Psychophysiology was started in 1991 at the inaugural Australasian
Psychophysiology Conference held in Sydney and has been gradually
building its membership. We encourage all psychophysiologists in the
Australasian region to join the Society for several reasons:
- To maintain the high quality of the Annual
Conference
- To improve networking among psychophysiologists
in the region
- To allow students to familiarise themselves with
work from different laboratories
- To facilitate exchange programs for students and
staff
- To develop a strong and cohesive group for the
purposes of maximising research funding and infrastructure
Membership of the Society offers a number of
benefits now and these will increase as our Society grows. Current
benefits are:
- Reduced registration fees for the Annual Conference.
- Access to a Membership directory [coming soon]
- Subscription to a Society Email list [coming soon]
- Student Members who present their work at the Annual
Conference are eligible for prizes
- Lab website listing
