Welcome

The primary objective of the ASP is the advancement of psychophysiology, including cognitive and affective neurosciences.  To promote this purpose, the ASP encourages and facilitates the exchange of knowledge, in teaching and research, by conducting meetings, workshops, and seminars, and by disseminating information about the brain and behaviour to the general public.

Conference 2024

The Australasian Society for Psychophysiology holds an annual conference to celebrate the most recent advances in the field of psychophysiology. Members and non-members, as well as students through to established researchers, are invited to come and present their research to one another to showcase their findings and to learn from one another.

This year’s ASP conference is scheduled to be held in-person at Murdoch University in Western Australia from 2-4 December 2024.  See the conference page for more details.

Membership

The ASP encourages all researchers in the field of psychophysiology to become members, with researchers from any region and career stage welcome to join.

The Society’s annual conference is a great place for students and early career researchers to sample current Australasian research, and to network for collaborative opportunities. Joining as an ASP member reduces the registration fee for that year’s conference.
